Growing up watching all these comedians, pretty much all their faces are familiar. Even the ones that didnt make it big. But all of a sudden after a series of funny people they start to showcase this one lady that nobody I know has ever heard of! It feels like they're just trying to shoehorn her name into the show because of the size of her nose. So frikkin weird.
Grow up, obviously YOU, since you even copied my about and used it on your profile.. and everything you said so far has been nothing but shit talk about me, so grow the fuck up kid and stop playing your games. I use the site as it is meant to be used. It is your garbage that is dumping on the review section. I HAVE ASKED REPECTFULLY Several times. Stop harassing me, and using my name intended as fraud. Or shut the fuck up already.
In 1999 the supernatural returned to Hollywood with "The Sixth Sense", the masterpiece directed by M. Night Shyamalan. Thank to it, shows like "Supernatural" and "The Ghost Whisperer" have seen the light and we, the people, know to the Winchester brothers and Melinda Gordon. In this case, this is one of the best shows of the last years. Following the footsteps of "The Sixth Sense" (with a pinch of "The X Files"), Melinda Gordon is an antique dealer who can to see and listen to the dead. She enters in the horror trying to give peace to the lost souls trapped on Earth by their unfinished business, making that the souls she saves go to the light. Behind of this simple plot, the series hides a deep reflexion about the ways in that we living and the things that we do and that we don't. The relationships between live and dead (friends, familiars,...) and the secrets that them keep are too the reasons that they cause that the dead roam by Earth. At the same time, the series shows the typical paranormal activity when the dead are close to us trying to contact us and how the dead have influence in us and our daily life. Melinda turns so in our guide to explain us that the secrets that we keep and the errors we make can to have unexpected consequences in the people we love. Along five seasons, Melinda fought against all kind of evil trying to free lost souls, showing an Afterlife never seen before in the screen. Although it is too much dulcify at the beginning, later it turns darker and more interesting. The eternal fight between life and death and light and darkness turns here a battle not only by the salvation of dead, but too for the living.
One of the most binge worthy, technically engrossing, mind bending, emotionally satisfying, brilliantly acted, intelligently crafted shows OF ALL TIME! One point that means a lot to me is that (compared to other time travel stories) this series does that best job making the time travel plausible, following rules and logic. I recently finished the series on Hulu, and for the last week have continued to ponder the story, the characters, and their message. AND... I'm ready to start a rewatch! Disclaimer: No, it's not perfect. A few episodes might miss the mark a bit. But I promise, it is worth the ride. This show is stuck in my brain. I want everyone to watch it!
I still think this show is missing, most of the elements of a great show. The only thing that has any value is that it is basically the only sci-fi, space, show running right now, aside from newly returned Star Trek Discovery. If you compare it to that, it makes this show absolute crap. But the concept is good, the acting and the script leaves much room for development and is way below what should be expected, from the budget they put into it. Discovery on the other hand, is acted as well as a motion picture.
lol now its getting funny.... since we are talking about underwear, you two smartiepants realise that you are now trolling each other and Roach and I can just sit back and watch? lmao At least Temy is paying some attention, no y-fronts for me
hmmm ...sweetly who rattled your cage or did a roach crawl up your y fronts ? One decent comment from me as re this series and your and his bbuddie knickers are all atwist soiling the review comments as Roach sooo often does , kindred spirits aren't you Schrunsekris
Season 2 unlikely given Disney took over Marvel studios and Marvel television :( Very strange open ended finale Evil father (God) comes for his daughter walks away with leasing bodies of innocent bystanders falling in in their wake .... hope it its taken up by someone and continues
Roach still soling the reviews comments as you do your pabtieas , why are you suck a child , i posted my opinion of this series . ( Brilliant ) you object to that for no good reason ans spew insults and profanities here as you seem to think thats ok and you are above criticism ,,,like afoul mouthed child having a tantrum is so YOU whatever name you hide under
What an utterly disgusting, terrible idea. When did comedies promote totalitarian garbage and stop being AGAINST the system? People were born to connect and be close to one another, not this anti-human social-engineering garbage by some people who were dropped on their head at birth and abused by their daddy and mommy.
This was almost as weird as 3rd day, only with Native American magic. This is more dark while The 3 Day, is more twisted, and psychotic. Both shows are about equal on the WTF factor. I think this show has enough content in one episode but the story has room to go on for more seasons than I think the networks will give it.
This has promise. Not thrilled they destroyed the Federation but we ALREADY KNOW WHAT CAUSED THE BURN...22 Thousand Plarx say Michael did it when she self destructed the time suit...of course its all fiction, Time Travel of Living Matter requires a steady flow of Granulated WHIMSHYR CRYSTALS & Bio Lubricants but can Only Actually Work on Tuesdays After all new SIMPSON EPISODES...Did we mention the future is owned by FOX? ???? O_O
It gets even weirder. The second season is by a totally different director and there was a 12 hour live streaming event by a theatre company with some of the characters and some new ones aired on Oct 3rd that showed what happened between the 2 seasons and fits between ep 3 and 4. Here is a 2 hour edited version of it if you fancy a peek. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=98AhMXZd20o
@Schrunsekris The first episode was like a twighlight zone/druidic religion mythology/mind zapper. It SEEMS as though the man lost his child in the river, some mystical child leads him to witnessing an attempted suicide that he stops, and then some legend about a sea/land creature that cuts out evil, that he finds again by following the mysterious boy to a ruined structure looks like it used to be a lighthouse, where this legendary thing takes a look at Sam's soul, sends him back to his car and either returns to him the money he is stressing about, or the man blacked out when he took it and the whole time he didn't remember HE was the one that had it. I ma looking forward to the next one to see what is next. But it will be later before i get to it. BTW The main guy, Sam, is being acted extremely well. I like also how the director creates a look into the feeling of intoxication, with the blurring vision, shaking, and dizziness, confusion, with the fx with the camera shots and angles, besides the acting, this is directed very well, but slow paced.
